A breakneck day with an offbeat classic

Today, it is the 28th of April; characterised by a gale and a slight downpour, it was a rather swift day.I rouse when everyone else was having breakfast! I later extrapolated that it was yesterday's traipsing that gave me the prolonged sleep.I filled my stomach heavily in the morning (inclining more towards the noon!) and then spent a coon's age going through the Cambridge IGCSE syllabi for the ensuing subjects:Mathematics,Physical Sciences,Chemistry,Biology,Economics,English,French and Computer Science.These, unequivocally are the subject I chose for the next two years (IGCSE).Today's evening was peculiarly quiet.The only sound audible was that of the fresh breeze thus, I decided that I would read; for what else does a person require, to read? A table, a chair, a fresh breeze and silence (subject to change!).I took out the book I had bought yesterday-Srinivasa Ramanujan- and held it at shoulder level.In an hour, I had scanned through a hundred and twenty pages! Then my cousin sister aroused from her deep sleep and yes, that was the end of my reading time.An hour had passed and I was still contemplating about the cosmos and the things it kept discreet.Then, my mum insisted that we watch the Disney movie "Moana".I had already watched it in the theatre before and since my cousin sister was so desperate about it, I agreed and then casted my computer's screen to the television.I played the movie on "fmovies.se" a very peculiar site.It stored every single English movie.Yes, every single movie-to my knowledge at least! It was around nine o'clock when we finished watching the movie.Subsequently, I devoured on the dinner and now I sit here writing the blog.Truly, there wasn't much I did today.Unlike always, today I leave you with two quotes;
  • “If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants.”
                                                                                                    -Sir Isaac Newton
  • "All I can do is be me, whoever that is."
                                                                                     -Bob Dylan
