Investing in stocks?

Investing in stocks? Never thought I would do so.Until, I was given 30,000 $ to invest in them.Well, sensibly put: "30,000 $ of fake, intangible money" (not even in).For my economics test, I had to buy a few shares from companies (not real just pretend).Blatantly, I was extremely excited. Thus, to start off, yesterday I spent my day researching on the share prices of various companies.I decided on NASDAQ as the stock market. For what reason? Not only because the name sounds cool but also because major technological businesses have been listed on it.And then, the torture began.
I thought there would be a clean list of companies and their share prices and I could choose whichever I wanted. To my demise, that wasn't the case.I had to search up each company's name and look for its share price.Obviously, it took me a lot of time. However, the results are sure to be fruitful. The companies I have chosen to invest in will evidently do well and the share prices ought to increase. So, which companies did I invest in?
That will be catalogued in the next blogpost.
