Last week and the week before, my father was in Europe. While coming back, he brought me something captivating.Something exhilarating. He got me the smallest aerial vehicle in history! A quadcopter the size of a medium sized eraser. For years, I had been planning to make a quadcopter myself.I had sketched out the plans, the materials and added so many features to it.Only, it was the scarcity of the materials and thus, its cost that kept me from making it.However, I had never even thought of buying one! And astonishingly, I now have one!
The drone is a CX-10 C (4 channel). Its dimensions are just 32mm (length and width) and 22m (height). It can record videos and take pictures. With that, it has a RC range of 25m which is quite middling. Its battery lasts for around 14 minutes and it takes about 20 minutes to charge fully.Mine is a black and golden coloured one.In order to take pictures or record videos, a micro SD card needs to be inserted. That is one disadvantage as it can't stream directly into a computer system. However, the quadcopter is more than just satisfactory. It took me aback and I was very surprised to find out that such minute drones exist!
Another amusing feature is the quadcopter's ability to roll sidewards and flip forward and backward. It manages do these at even less than 0.5 metres above the ground. It also has three modes; beginner, intermediate and advanced.Additionally, three more modes allow slow, medium or fast speeds. Also, it is less likely to suffer from damage because even if it falls from a high altitude, its light weight prevents it from crashing heavily on the ground.
By and large, the drone has really managed to surprise me; both its size and efficiency.I will shorty post videos taken by it and also pictures.
