Today is the eleventh of April, 2018.It has now almost been two months since I last published something on this blog whence I once posted frequently;usually thrice a week or so.Honestly, I had almost forgotten that this blog existed until I was reminded by Dr. John Watson's blog (From "Sherlock" - critical analysis will soon be posted) and by Mark Zuckerberg (I don't personally know him, I just watched a movie about him today in which he blogged quite a lot...From "The social network").I've actually been busy for the past few months, unlike before when I was almost always unoccupied.First, I had my exams and of course, I had to study for them.And in order to spend more time studying, I put my laptop away and used my mom's phone for google searches whenever required.I also almost forgot the existence of my laptop which had peacefully rested for about two months with a few, very few occasional uses.When I did boot up my computer last week after its long rest, it took more time to boot than the first personal computer (hyperbole not intended).After my exams, I found other things to occupy my brain with.I started reading books again.I started with "Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance" a month ago and have just finished one third of the book yet.I am a slow reader, for I reread most paragraphs looking for implicit meanings the author might have wanted the readers to notice...or not notice.Additionally, my exploration of music ever so continued and I've found many new types of genres.One problem that does bother me is that I like all sorts of music and I'm always confused as to what to listen to.
Apart from that, I also started playing soccer again, after quite some time.I usually just played at school but since hardly anyone played, it was usually boring (just two of us in the whole grade in fact; me and Suhit, my comrade).My parents gratefully bought me a new football and shoes and I go down at late night when the court is free to practice.Since I can't always practice alone, serious waste of time actually, I go down cycling sometimes.The most unfortunate thing is that most of my friends just disappeared; almost all of them were in eleventh and twelfth and thus, left for university elsewhere.Only a few of my friends remain but they play basketball which I highly despise.
I also watched most of the Marvel movies for some reason, probably because I had nothing else to do and quite a lot of documentaries.Another thing that I did do was give my room a little makeover, a few more posters, disposing of old things et cetera,et cetera.That's pretty much what I did in the past two months; just thought I should inform you I'm still pretty much alive 😉 .
