Going {somewhere} after quite some time...

Summer holidays are to start from day after tomorrow and tomorrow is supposed to be the last day of school but, since nothing was really happening in school, I decided to bunk school yesterday and today and will also do so tomorrow.Yesterday, I went to Ramoji Film City after my last visit, which was three years ago.The journey was, I wouldn't say exhausting, nor tiring but different.Obviously,I didn't go alone.I went with 19 of my relatives.19.They had all come last week here and tomorrow all of us are leaving to Bangalore.
I arouse relatively late, at around 8 o'clock.I sat still for an hour until I got ready at 9.Then we went downstairs and boarded the winger which was to take us there. Two hour later, we have arrived at the destination. Before all else, we bought the tickets and at the security check, I was met by disappointment.Apparently, only DSLR cameras with lens below 55 mm were allowed but mine was a 200 mm lens so it wasn't allowed.Fortunately, I had carried with me another lens which was 50 mm but lacked the zoom functionality. So I had to leave it in the baggage counter and then proceed...
Initially, we boarded the Ramoji bus which gave us a brief tour of the whole place. It dropped us off at a Mahabharath set and then later took us to the Baahubali set.Nothing that fascinating there but not bad actually-I had no expectations.Done that, we went to have lunch and had a luscious one indeed (I also devoured on an ice-cream later :)
More sight-seeing and then we went to some garden. Now that was what I found beautiful. The whole section consisted of plants and birds and butterflies and nature...There were also these water sprinklers all over the place, bringing down the unbearable heat. The part I really liked was the "bird garden"; there were wonderful white birds that adorned the place and a magnificent waterfall giving the whole atmosphere a rather "forestly" feeling.Another part that I liked was a cave which went down and down into the ground and which took us to the center of the planet. It was cool.Okay, I was joking. It was an underground cave. Not just that, it had paintings like those ancient caves and also a Buddha theme.Sculptures of Buddha and his disciples were all around the place and the fascinating chant "Buddham sharanam gachchami" echoed in the walls.
Apart from this, nothing much happened. There is a lot I can write but now, I have work to do, so I'm off...Expect to hear from me soon.Merci Russel.
